2. Orders and Payment
- All orders must be placed through our official platform (website/app/phone).
- Orders will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and cash on delivery (if applicable).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price of a confirmed order will remain valid.
- A minimum order value may apply for delivery, which will be clearly stated during checkout.
3. Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery is available within specific areas and is subject to availability.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in case of significant delays.
- For pickup orders, food must be collected within the specified timeframe. We are not responsible for the quality of food after the pickup window has passed.
- Any incorrect delivery addresses or failure to be present for delivery will result in the cancellation of the order with no refund.
4. Food Quality and Safety
- We ensure that all food is prepared under strict hygiene and safety standards.
- If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, it is your responsibility to inform us during the ordering process. We will do our best to accommodate, but cross-contamination cannot be entirely guaranteed.
- In the event of receiving unsatisfactory food (e.g., incorrect order, poor quality), please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue by replacing the meal or issuing a refund.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled within 15 minutes of placement. After this, the order will be processed, and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
- Refunds will be considered only in cases of non-delivery, incorrect orders, or severe food quality issues.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on the payment method.
